I, Raphael De La Ghetto, have returned to share some insights on Jan Vermeer's work "Girl with Pearl Earring. Set against a dark background, the sweet woman turns her head slightly, and with her lips slightly parted she looks at you. Her sensous mouth looking as if she were ready to say something to you. The light dancing off her earring and casting just the slightest bit of light on her graceful neck. The painting has been the subject of many poems, a few movies, and one porno called "Girl With A Pearl Necklace." The painting is nice.
